1. Payment will be made by bank transfer, or by Direct Debit through the bank, if the family holds a Spanish bank account.
2. The school will only deal with the Euro as official currency.
3. The fees for personalised educational programmes will be determined depending on each individual student's needs
4. Fees must be paid termly and in advance , in accordance with the following deadlines:
· First Term: Payable before 15 August 2006.
· Second Term: Payable before 15 December 2006.
· Third Term: Payable before 15 March 2007.
5. No discounts will be made for reasons of holidays or illness.
6. A deposit of 1000 € must be made together with the term fees, to cover variable expenses
(the shop, breaktime snacks, school trips and other unforeseeable expenses), which will always
be justified by the school. The deposit will be adjusted up to the limit of 1.000 € on payment
of the 2nd and 3rd terms, and at the end of the school year, a refund will be given for any
remaining amount, provided all previous payments have been made on time.
7. Non-payment of fees within the time specified implies the immediate withdrawal of the student from the school.
8. Each extra day that a student stays with the host family will incur an additional fee of 26 € per day.
9. If a student is unable to complete the full school year, they should confirm their date of leaving one full term in advance.
