Monitoring of Boarding Students
Reports
Ms Laura Galán and Ms Isabel Bono, the boarding school co-ordinators, are in constant
contact with the host family and the teachers. Parents will
be informed bi-monthly about the pace of the student both personally
and academically.
The report includes:
1) Information from the host family:
The family fill in a monthly report on
the students progress within the home. If the family sees
something unusual they will immediately contact the school.
2) Photograph of the boarders:
Every two months we send a photograph of the boarders in their school
or social environment.
3) Academic information:
These reports are received in mid October, at Christmas,
Easter and the end of the academic year. If a student
is not making satisfactory progress parents will be notified
as many times as are considered necessary.
