The great range of sporting activities at Caxton Sports Centre caters for the different needs of users: strengthening muscles, improving the cardio-vascular system, burning calories, building resistance...
Activities such as GAP, aerobic, body-tonic, step, step-kil, Pilates… are taught, in small groups, by specialised instructors.
There is a set timetable for each activity. These take place in our three multi-purpose studios or in the indoor heated pool for ‘Aquagym’.
It is our sports centre’s main objective to offer the range of activities that you want. If there is an activity that you would be interested in taking which does not appear in our list, please get in
contact with our staff to discuss the possibility of organizing a group.
