DINING ROOM

Given that food from outside school cannot be eaten in the school dining room, our specialists design, cook and supervise specific diets for all pupils who need them; whether because of allergies or other medical or religious reasons.

 

Lactose intolerants, those with allergies to gluten, eggs, vegetarians… We take each criterion into account preparing individual and personalised menus on a regular basis –throughout the whole year-, as well as for those diets carried out in sporadic medical situations or a “soft diet”.

 

These menus are personally supervised under the responsibility of Kitchen Management.
