William Caxton, passionate about the English language
Our school holds a shared passion for both English and Spanish culture. It is important for us that we pass this on to our students in an active and personal manner.
“Honeste Vivere”
In Roman times a great Jurist, Domicio Ulpiano, gave three principles upon which social justice should be based:
“Honeste vivere”
1º. To live honourably
“Alterum non laedere”
2º. To harm no one
“HONESTE VIVERE”, the motto here at Caxton College, tries to encourage the pupils that we educate, each with their own destiny, to grow to be “good human beings” and people with worthwhile prospects.
This is a concept related to the pure honesty that our students learn and that will stay with them into adulthood.
