About us

These are some of the organisations and institutions which recognise the excellent education offered by Caxton College, and to which we belong:

 

The INSTITUTO CERVANTES was set up in 1991 as the public institution for the promotion and teaching of the Spanish language and culture. Caxton College is a member of the group of Associated Schools of the Cervantes Institute. This group includes only those centres that fulfil the requirements for quality established by the Cervantes Institute's System of Accreditation for Centres of Spanish as a Foreign Language. This is the only internationally recognised accreditation of quality for the teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language.

NABSS is the National Association of British Schools in Spain. It works together with BRITISH COUNCIL –the cultural arm of the British embassy- to meet the needs of Spanish legislation with regards to all matters related to British Schools in the country.

Recognition from the British organisation BSA –BOARDING SCHOOLS’ ASSOCIATION-, means that the boarding department at Caxton College operates to the same standard as in Britain.

Caxton College is a member of FEDELE (Spanish Federation of Spanish as a Foreign Language Associations) which is composed of six associations; one of these is AMEELE, the Mediterranean association of Spanish Schools which monitors the quality of Spanish teaching in the Valencian Community.
