PLAY SCHEME
“For children from any school, between 1 and 10 years of age”
The Caxton College play scheme was created to offer childcare on non school days, thus giving support to working parents.
During Christmas, national festivals, Easter… our play scheme, numbers permitting, welcomes children from any school –not just Caxton pupils- who can enjoy arts and crafts, sporting activities and trips. Always under the supervision of our staff, of course.
Play scheme runs from 9am until 5pm with the option of childcare outside of these times.
It is possible to request the use of our play scheme for specific days only.
Food is included in the cost.
A Play Scheme transport service, provided at no additional cost is also available thanks to Mr Puerto and more information on the stops available can be found here.
Both the Play Scheme and the transport service require a minumum Lumber of students in order to run.
The activities provided within the Play Scheme also depend on the number of pupils enrolled.
Trips, when carried out, incur an additional fee and are optional depending on parents criteria; children above the age of 4 may attend.
Specialised monitors always attend the trips and these excursions usually bear some relation to specific festive periods.
