Data Protection:

a) Information :
The information received by Caxton College via its web site will be treated in confidence. In agreement with the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, for data protection of personal information, we inform the user of the existence of personal data files which are used for reference and suggestions made by the users and also for dealing with employment applications that are received by the user. The responsible body for these files is Caxton College. If the user sends documents of curricula information, the sender agrees for Caxton College to evaluate the application and to keep the information for future selection processes of vacancies that may fit the senders experience and qualifications. In either case Caxton College will treat the information received in confidence. In the case of sending queries ofr suggestions through the existing sections the information will be used only for answering the questions made. Except in the fields that are expressly indicated to the contrary the information required on the application forms is obligatory for the correct management of the the queries or suggestions that are made. Where these fielsda are not correctly completed or where the information given by the user is incorrect Caxton College will be unable to correctly manage the information.

b) Rights of access, rectification, cancelation and opposition :
Caxton College, receiver of the information gathered from this page, promises to respect, and facilitate the user to exercise their rights if pertinent. These rights can be exercised by the user or by their representative and sent in writing and duly signed to: Caxton College - Organisation Department, Ctra. Jurisdiction
