Caxton College has been accredited by several international organisations and is the only Spanish school to be recognised by the ‘Instituto Cervantes’ to teach Spanish as a foreign language.
At Caxton, two languages, English and Spanish, become one. It is the one chance to learn two languages and get to know two cultures, all under one roof, all year round. Other languages are also offered, German, French or Chinese.
We follow the British National Curriculum which allows the students to attend lessons as they would in United Kingdom, preparing them for the IGCSE and GCE ‘A’ Level (‘As’ and ‘A2’) exams.
Our students may continue their studies in any University around the World, although many of our boarders decide to stay in Spain and study at one of our prestigious Universities in Valencia, Madrid or Barcelona.
With more than 300 days of sun a year, our students benefit from the Mediterranean climate in a way that others cannot; and more importantly, they enjoy practicing outdoor sports on a daily-basis.
Our state-of-the-art facilities add up to 42.000 m2, including physics and chemistry laboratories, art and music classrooms, interactive boards, IT rooms, a gym and indoor-pool at the Caxton Sports Centre, as well as an extensive extracurricular activities programme, one-to-one and support lessons; our aim is for every student to achieve a high academic level and to make the most of their abilities.

The school carefully selects host families who are committed to the welfare of the Boarding students. Living with a native family enables the student to learn the Spanish language and culture, within a more caring environment than the student would have in a halls of residence.
Additionally, the Boarding Department staff give constant attention to these students and keep parents informed about their children’s welfare, academic development and family adjustment.
We offer a wide rage of programmes and services for your customers: one or two terms, academic year, short-stay intensive language, adults courses… And either the Boarding or Admissions Department will help you with any necessary administrative requirements to enable the student’s entry in Caxton College.
